A friendly and open team is waiting to support you in this. We offer a training position in the residential group at the Kaspar-Hauser-Haus in Heimfeld. Here, 12 people live in a family atmosphere in individually furnished rooms with the principle of self-determination.

This profession is very fulfilling, but also challenging. You will receive all the pedagogical and nursing knowledge you need to work independently. Do you have empathy and organizational skills? And are you not interested in a purely office job? Then apply now.

You will complete the practical part of your training with us. For the theoretical part, we cooperate with the Alsterdorf School of Social Work.
