What type of conditions does the person have? Hearing or visual impairments
What is the age range of the person? years old
How many people need the service? 1
What kind of care and/or household tasks do they need help with? Going for walks and recreational activities, overnight companionship, grocery shopping, cooking, and household cleaning
Current living situation or location Living at home (alone)
How often do you need the service? Every day (weekdays)
Do you have a preference for the gender of the caregiver? No preference
What type of professional are you looking for? I am not sure/ open to discussion (I value both options)
