Collective Success Network seeks a part-time Administrative Assistant with the passion, expertise, and skills to help build this non-profit start-up organization into a leading player in the movement to support first-generation college students in the Greater Philadelphia area from college to career.

Our organization is looking for a detail-oriented professional who has experience with office management and general administrative duties.

The successful Administrative Assistant will have a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced remote environment, and will become the point person for several important projects.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills who is capable of managing a large workload.


Responsibilities:


  • Prepare spreadsheets and presentations.
  • Manage documents.
  • Organize meetings.
  • Manage projects.
  • Communicate with funders, students and volunteers in a professional manner.
  • Organize meetings in a timely manner.
