The Central Building Management of the city of Ulm is looking for a(n) Engineer (m/f/d) in the field of building services engineering to start as soon as possible.

or in a comparable field of study.

The main department of Central Building Management of the city of Ulm is responsible for approximately 350 properties, such as schools, kindergartens, theaters, museums, and fortifications.

The building construction departments, in cooperation with the departments of building services and energy management, sports and outdoor facilities, and administrative and housekeeping services, handle all new construction, renovation, and remodeling projects for the city. The Central Building Management generally assumes the role of client and project management for all municipal building projects. In addition, architectural services are provided, as well as services in building maintenance and housekeeping.

The salary is based on pay group 12 TVöD.

APCT1_EN
