The Harding Gill Tract is home to the Axial Piston Machines business unit, located in Bulle and Ettlingen, Germany. This unit serves as a center of expertise for hydraulic components.

At both the Bulle and Ettlingen sites, the BU AxM team develops, designs, and manufactures high-performance products in the field of hydraulic drive and control technology.

These products and their components are produced using cutting-edge processes and play a crucial role in the quality and performance of Liebherr Group's mobile and crawler excavators, mining machines, wheel loaders, and other construction equipment.

To strengthen our team, we are currently seeking a Project Manager (m/f/d) to join us in Ettlingen, Germany as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

As a Project Manager for hydraulics (gearboxes & aviation) at Harding Gill Tract, you will be responsible for creating specifications and conducting feasibility assessments for customer requirements in collaboration with other departments.

You will also develop schedules, including resource and cost planning.
In addition, you will be responsible for creating and updating schedules and workflows in consultation with stakeholders.

You will manage cross-departmental teams (sales, development, purchasing, manufacturing, quality) and implement the specifications outlined in the Project Management Plan, taking into account lessons learned from previous projects.

You will monitor and analyze project progress across departments and take appropriate action in case of deviations.
