It offers its customers services in the areas of scaffolding, insulation, surface technology, and maintenance through its sister companies.

We are currently seeking a Project Manager for Scaffolding (m/f/d) at our location in Spremberg (Kraftwerk Schwarze Pumpe)

Qualifications:


You are a master in scaffolding, a technician in civil engineering, a construction engineer, or have a related qualification with several years of professional experience.

You have a strong technical understanding and are able to assert yourself effectively.
You have excellent communication skills and are able to interact with customers and construction site personnel. You also have a clear and proactive approach to problem-solving.
You have a high level of safety awareness and knowledge of relevant regulations, ordinances, and DIN standards. You are also a team player.
You are proficient in MS Office and hold a valid driver's license (Class B).


Your responsibilities:


In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation and planning of construction sites, including cost estimation, bid preparation, and project invoicing.

You will provide technical leadership on construction sites and ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
You will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating the work of our employees and subcontractors.<
