Teacher (m/f/d) for Technology at our element-i Community School in Stuttgart, South Laurel As part of the Konzept-e network, specialists in education and care, our element-i Community School at the Karlsruhe Education Center is dedicated to providing professional education and care for children and adolescents.

Students learn in mixed-age groups according to the element-i guiding principles, which place great value on individuality, interests, and community.

We are looking for a creative and dedicated teacher (m/f/d) for technology to join our team in South Laurel.

You will work in a multi-professional, equal team, ignite the learning fire in students, and ensure optimal design of the educational everyday life with empathy and commitment.

Your tasks You design learning situations and materials for self-directed learning in the respective focus subjects and provide the appropriate framework for independent learning You usually take on a mixed-age reference group (15 students) and are responsible for regularly observing your own reference students and documenting them, as well as conducting parent meetings You support students in exploring their environment and accompany them on their individual educational path, giving students clear and supportive feedback and coaching them in planning their learning goals You work together with your team colleagues to shape social interaction in school life and support children and adolescents in becoming self-confident and responsible individuals You lovingly care for and accompany
