Supervises, directs and controls the lobby service (New Accounts) and teller area to provide the best possible customer service while minimizing losses.
Utilizes knowledge based on experience in exercising procedures, and making exceptions as required. Must provide such customer services as opening new checking, savings, Certificate of Deposits, IRA accounts, and assisting lobby customers. Coordinated implementation of policies and procedures of the lobby area. Is responsible for the efficient operation of the teller area. Ensures that customers are served promptly and that the department balances at the end of each business day. Utilizes knowledge and experience in exercising discretion and independent judgement in resolving problems and answering questions. Is called upon for advice in handling of unique unusual transactions.Benefits:
