PsiQuantum is on a mission to build the world's first fault tolerant quantum computer capable of tackling today's most intractable computational challenges to deliver transformative results.
We know that means it will need roughly 1 million qubits and will be building scale in size.
Our team is working across the full stack of quantum computing, from quantum architecture to photonic chip manufacturing, advanced opto-electronic packaging, hardware systems design, quantum algorithms and software tools, and cryogenic cooling.

The Director, Human Resources Operations will oversee various aspects of Human Resources at PsiQuantum.
They will drive the strategy for our end-to-end HR operations and services, covering the entire employee lifecycle and enabling an outstanding employee experience.
The role will manage day to day areas of Employee Benefits and HR Compliance, Immigration and further build out needed business processes.
The role will be responsible for employee relations interviews and personnel-related concerns.The role will be a key player in the HR Management Team and report to the Head of Human Resources.
Responsibilities
- Lead day to day Global HR Operations (Compliance, Metrics, Benefits, Immigration, ER, Systems, and organizational structure)
- Expertise in designing and implementing employee benefit strategy to be competitive in the industry
- Drive and operationalize compliance for the People Operations team including but not limited to global HR Policies, handbooks, state, federal and country laws in the US, Germany, Australia and UK.
- Identify trends that could affect organizational objectives and/or operational resources.
- Work with all members of the HR team and crossfunctionally with all levels within the company on assigned responsibilities
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Experience/Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related degree; Advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 10 years, with at least 3 years in a management role leading day to day HR Operations in a fastpaced, Silicon Valley start up environment;
- Preferably have worked within a hardware or manufacturing/production organization.
- Solid HR foundation across all areas including HR Operations, HR Systems, Reward & Benefits, Talent Management, Employee Relations
- US, EMEA and APAC working practices, etc
- Benefit expertise in sourcing brokers and vendor selection
- Employee relations experience conducting investigations and driving for solutions
- Working knowledge of HR systems such as ADP, Greenhouse
- Solutionoriented, with the ability to build relationships across crossfunctional teams with diverse skill sets and experience levels
- Ability to handle multiple projects and competing priorities and adapt to a fluid, highgrowth environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
