Position:
Customer Service Rep / Call centre rep**
Location: Long Island City, NY ONSITE ONLY
Pay rate:
$17/hr on W2
Duties:
Handles Heavy Incoming Call Volume
- Must have over a year of experience in customer service, inbound call handling, MS Office and Data entry skills.
- High School Diploma/GED is required.
Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus.
Additional Note:
- This is an eighteenhour operation call centre which starts at 6:00 am and ends at 12:00 am seven days a week, Sunday-Saturday. Should be willing to work anytime in this timeframe, any eighthour shift within this timeframe, based on the needs of the Department.
- The duration of the assignment is between three and six months. This could go longer based on a good performance.
