    Position is 100% remote but candidates must reside in Texas Previous healthcare call center experience is required Pay rate: $17/hour Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm cst Work equipment will be provided/shipped out Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and medical terminology High school diploma or GED required

    Responsibilities


    • Make outbound calls to members to follow-up coordinating healthcare needs
    • Assist members with locating and scheduling appointments with their primary care providers
    • Set up transportation for appointments
    • Redirect members to other departments, as needed
    • Document calls in the systems
