We are currently seeking a part-time office manager to join our team at our office in Bremerhaven. Our company specializes in the processing and sale of fish and seafood.Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Correspondence
- General office tasks
- Order processing
- Updating internal lists
- Assisting with human resources tasks
- Cash bookkeeping
- Bookkeeping tasks such as recording various business transactions and managing outstanding payments
- Batch management Your profile:
- Successfully completed training in office management
- Knowledge of bookkeeping is desirable
- Familiarity with the SAGE software program is desirable
- Ability to work well in a team, structured and independent work style, quick comprehension, and good communication skills.
