We are currently seeking a part-time office manager to join our team at our office in Bremerhaven. Our company specializes in the processing and sale of fish and seafood.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail
  • Correspondence
  • General office tasks
  • Order processing
  • Updating internal lists
  • Assisting with human resources tasks
  • Cash bookkeeping
  • Bookkeeping tasks such as recording various business transactions and managing outstanding payments
  • Batch management Your profile:
  • Successfully completed training in office management
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping is desirable
  • Familiarity with the SAGE software program is desirable
  • Ability to work well in a team, structured and independent work style, quick comprehension, and good communication skills.
