We are Aheva (Association of Hemophilia and Other Congenital Coagulopathies), a non-profit organization working in the territory of Bizkaia. As every year, we are celebrating a Christmas party dedicated to the children and youth of our association.

The age range of our attendees for this activity will be 9 to 19 years old, with a small child also attending.

We are requesting a quote for an entertainment activity for our youngest group. The event will be held on December 17, 2023 at 5:00 pm for a duration of 2 hours.

We are expecting around 15-20 children and 20-25 adults to attend, with the children's ages ranging from 7-10 years old and over 18 years old.

We are interested in activities such as face painting, balloon twisting, temporary tattoos, children's magic, children's music, traditional games, and dancing.

We do not require assistance with decorating the party. We would like to have one animator, clown, or magician present for the event.

Our budget for this service is between 150 € and 200 €, and our main preference is a good quality/price ratio.
