JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are seeking a Change Management Specialist to join our dynamic team, focusing on improving and implementing change management processes across various programs.

The ideal candidate will spearhead the development of a comprehensive change management framework, ensuring deliverables are aligned with stakeholders' approval and are executable by end users.

This role will involve shadowing existing processes, conducting stakeholder interviews, and defining impact analysis guidelines to drive effective change across the organization.

Develop and implement a change management framework and schedule, including design, development, pilot, ramp-up, training, and operationalization.
Shadow existing change processes across five programs, performing thorough stakeholder interviews to gather insights.
Document change impact use cases, requirements, and challenges; define management impact analysis guidelines.
Develop operational processes, procedures, roles & responsibilities, and policies for implementing change impact analysis.
Define and implement an approval matrix for automating the selection of reviewers and approvers for change orders.
Define and roll out use of Impact Analysis in the ECR, ECO, MCO workflow status to approve. Criteria for when product Change control board (CCB) is required against product information (Bill of material) changes.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience in change management and process improvement.
Strong analytical skills for impact analysis and decision-making.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
