Requirements and Qualities of a Caregiver:
Must be 18 years or older High School diplomaValid driver's license and liability auto insurance coverageHave a friendly, caring, and professional attitude

Core Job Duties:

We offer paid training to all Caregivers, which covers the following responsibilities:
Build rapport with clients, engaging in conversation and providing companionshipEnsure the client's home is organized and that safety measures are in placeProvide emotional support and encouragementAssist with mobility needsProvide client with transportationAssist with non-medical hygiene and personal care needsAssist clients with their prescribed healthcare planMonitor and report changes in physical and mental behaviorPosition may include caring for clients with dementia
