The BOES GmbH is a manufacturing company for highly precise stamping, bending, and drawing parts as well as stamped grids made of non-alloyed steels, stainless steels, non-ferrous metals, their alloys, and special alloys in material thicknesses ranging from 0.05 to 6 mm.

We have an international customer base and produce series productions, small and micro series, as well as sample parts for product development, which we deliver as needed as hybrid parts (plastic-injected stamped parts), bulk goods, in the form of strips, assembled units, in special packaging, or fully automated in trays.

Responsibilities:

  • Setting up, preparing, and operating eccentric presses (Bruderer, Raster, and Schaal)
  • Quality and process monitoring
  • Material handling, part removal, and waste management
  • Crossdepartmental development of optimizations for progressive dies
