    What the Contracts Negotiator/Sr. Contracts Negotiator Will Do
    The Contracts Negotiator's/Sr. Contracts Negotiator's main responsibility will be to support

    's U.S. Sales organizations in structuring commercial transactions, and drafting and negotiating commercial agreements. More specifically, the Contracts Negotiator/Sr.


    Contracts Negotiator will:
    Negotiate and draft master subscription agreements, and other types of agreements with customers in support of U.S. Sales organizations;
    Partner with revenue recognition, sales operations, technology operations, and other stakeholder teams to ensure agreements are consistent with internal corporate policies and processes;
    Team up with in-house attorneys to obtain any required approvals from internal stakeholders and optimize support to the business; and
    Assist with improving standard form agreements and legal processes that scale globally.
    Please note this is not a practicing counsel role.

    3+ years experience negotiating and drafting agreements

    For Colorado-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $96,000 to $132,000.For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $105,600 to $145,200.Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

    Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
