We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our growing team as a Branch Manager in Villa Ridge. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the regulatory obligations of our branch. This role requires strong financial management skills, a commitment to compliance with industry regulations, and effective leadership abilities. We are open to assisting with relocation from Greece to Villa Ridge.

Key Responsibilities:

Ø Assist in setting performance goals and allocating resources accordingly.

Ø Supervise and manage all departments and units, including Reception and Transmission of Orders, Back Office, and Compliance Departments, providing guidance to administrative departments.

Ø Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's corporate strategy.

Ø Manage internal communication within the branch, in coordination with the company's head office.

Ø Ensure the branch operates efficiently and in compliance with internal regulations, company policies, and industry laws and regulations.

Ø Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Ø Communicate with the Compliance Officer and relevant authorities regarding the branch's operations.
