We are currently seeking a Sales Support Employee (m/f/d) for an international company based in Summersville, MO.


Your responsibilities:


  • Assisting with telephone customer service and acquisition
  • Supporting the creation of offers for the aftersales sector
  • Monitoring and tracking of aftersales offers
  • Coordinating and communicating information with other departments
  • Providing technical support and assistance to national and international customers
  • Promptly informing and reporting to superiors in case of escalations
  • Adhering to safety regulations, internal policies, and instructions

Your qualifications:


  • Completed vocational training with a technical and commercial background
  • Previous experience in the mechanical engineering field is desirable
  • Strong administrative skills and customer service experience
  • Willingness to work, high level of flexibility, and conscientiousness
  • Communicative personality with an interest in building and maintaining close relationships with field sales, inside sales, and customers
  • Good manners and a confident demeanor
  • Willingness to travel, both domestically and internationally
  • Good knowledge of German and English
