Your tasks will include:

You will be responsible for the holistic and creative planning and management of our product portfolio.
You will keep up with current trends in optics, including materials, colors, and shapes.
You will oversee the entire product development process for our frames, merchandise, contact lenses, and lenses.
You will be the main contact for our product designer, brand management, and suppliers.
You will plan our brand portfolio and organize our assortment committee, taking into account the guidelines from controlling, marketing, and purchasing.
You will ensure regular quality control and compliance with our quality standards.
You will be responsible for the MDR process in collaboration with Spectaris.

What you bring to the table:

Several years of experience in product management in the field of optics
Ideally, professional experience with an expanding retail company or manufacturer of eyeglass frames
Training as an optician (m/f/d) and/or a relevant degree
