Your Responsibilities
> Together with the team, you are responsible for the processing and further development of processes in the areas of customer service and returns management.
> You are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and work closely with product engineering and quality management to identify and prevent errors early on.
> In case of absence, you will be responsible for the professional and disciplinary leadership of the team in the customer service department.
> You will work on the strategic development of the customer service/complaint management department, define and determine goals and key figures, and create reports.
> Documenting service and return processes is also part of your responsibilities.


Your Qualifications
> You have successfully completed a degree as a mechanical engineering technician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification.
> Ideally, you have professional experience in the field of customer service.
> You are fluent in German, both written and spoken, and have a good command of English.
> You are proficient in using MS Office, and preferably also have knowledge of SAP ERP.
> Your profile is rounded off by your organizational skills, communication skills, understanding of economic relationships, independent and structured way of working, and a high level of service orientation.
