Responsibilities:
- Be able to speak to customers in person or over the phone.
- Have knowledge of the different seafood.
- Understand how seafood preparation works when it is brought into the market place.
- Be able to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
- Understand basic food safety principles, such as hand washing and making sure to keep raw and frozen seafood separate.
