Responsibilities

  • Assist nursing staff with direct and indirect patient care tasks underr supervision of a registered nurse
  • Carry out designated skills within the functions of a certified nursing assistant
  • Demonstrate knowledge of growth and development principles across different age groups
  • Communicate patient status data effectively
  • Work flexible hours, including days, evenings, nights, holidays, and weekends

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Completion of a Nursing Assistant training program

Additional Qualifications

  • Experience in a relevant field is preferred
  • Strong computer skills are a plus
  • Ability to handle unpredictable situations in a patient care environment

Certification/Licensure Requirements

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification through Arizona Board of Nursing
  • Basic Life Support certification required upon hire, valid for 90 days or more
  • Maintain Basic Life Support (BLS) competency

Compensation Details

$18.11/hr - $24.88/hr
