    Database Architect Manager
    • Remote US at Public Partnerships LLC in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Public Partnerships LLC supports individuals with disabilities or chronic illnesses and aging adults, to remain in their homes and communities and 'self direct' their own long term home care.
    Our role as the nation's largest and most experienced Financial Management Service provider is to assist those eligible Medicaid recipients to choose and pay for their own support workers and services within their state-approved personalized budget.

    We are appointed by states and managed healthcare organizations to better serve more of their residents and members requiring long-term care and ensure the efficient use of taxpayer funded services.

    Duties & Responsibilities:
    + Manages the Database Administration team and works independent of supervision + Coordinates and leads daily team activities, and supervises the work of individual contributors of the team + Assists with management decisions and activities. + Allocates resources and monitors projects to ensure that timeline and budget are met + Assigns, schedules, and manages the duties of Database Administration team members + Exercises independent judgment to consult with and advise database users on procedures, technical problems, priorities, and methodologies + Establishes procedures for database operations and database management systems + Ensures compliance with established procedures + Maintains control programs required for accessing databases + Maintain optimum performance of database. + Enhances databases and modifies logical relationships + Develop DataMart's and Datawarehouse solutions for data analytics. + Identifies and escalates program risks and issues to leadership and assists in issue resolution + Implements procedures for testing back-up and recovery procedures of automated systems and security + Handles formulation and implementation of policies and procedures pertaining to database management, security maintenance, audit, and use + Provides organizational assistance to Database Administration Supervisors and first-level manager To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
