Description
Some experience in educational and institutional construction and/or relevant education.- Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, meeting minutes, track and record all project documentation.
- Ability to read construction documents including blueprints (MEP, architectural, and Civil) and specifications.
- Can assist in developing construction schedules, project budgets, logistic and phasing plans.
- Proficient in MS Office suite especially Excel & Project.
- Familiarity with AIA document and understanding SOVs.
- Familiar with standard construction project close out procedures experience with DGS and Arlington County close out policies preferred.
- Strong communicator both in writing and verbally.
We perform a wide variety of projects, such as park and playground renovations, interior fit outs, university and public school renovations, and much more.
