- Develop and deliver effective communication and messages on behalf of the Enterprise Platform Owner, including presentations, speeches, and internal and external reporting.
- Manage weekly, monthly and quarterly Platform communication and insights to be delivered to various channels of BNY Mellon executive leadership and stakeholders
- Develop and implement cultural transformation efforts that align with the company's core values and strategic objectives; Develop and implement metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of the cultural transformation strategy.
- Lead and/or support special projects and strategic initiatives as needed by the EPO and other senior leaders.
- Represent the EPO and the department in internal and external meetings, events, and other engagements as needed
- Independently works on a wide array of activities associated with delivering Platform Objective and Key Results to monitor and ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and to internal client specifications.
- Take ownership of the function and drive it's growth.
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- 4-5 years of communications and writing experience.
- Experience with executive reporting and strong PowerPoint skills.
- Experience with business and/or project management preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to diverse audiences.
- Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective plans and initiatives.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive content with discretion.
- Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders required.
- Desire to learn and grow and take ownership of the function and drive improvements, efficiencies and positioning the internal brand.
- Experience with communications and writing in financial services and/or loans industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of the financial services industry and/or corporate trust and depositary receipts is a plus.

We are seeking to fill the Lead Platform Analyst, Communications & Insights role for the Loans Enablement Platform. This role is based out of Pittsburgh, PA, (Will require the resource to be in office at a min of 3 days a week).
The Lead Platform Analyst Role at BNY Mellon is a key role responsible for supporting the Loans Enablement Platform in managing strategic communications across different channels of the organization.
