- Review of URS document and understand the functionality
- Responsible for all the validation deliverables as per compliance
- Successfully work with customers to understand business processes and challenges, and recommend solutions that leverage MaxisIT's products and services to meet their needs
- Participate in analysis and mapping of customer requirements to available MaxisIT applications and recommend solutions to address gaps
- Co-ordinate with internal teams in ensuring that the solution provides appropriate functionality and opportunities in alignment with client's requirements
- Manage customers and provide support during implementation and post go-live
- Enable change management at the customer, based on change management recommendations
- Responsible to handle phone calls/emails, respond and resolve customer reported tickets including but not limited to application configuration, integration, functionality, UI and Database level
- Draft, review and execute the IQ/OQ (Test Protocols) scripts
- Providing thought leadership as MaxisIT's Clinical Trials Data and Analytics Solution Engineer in discovery sessions with our clients during sales
- Configure MaxisIT product to deliver customer requirements in the entire product lifecycle
- Providing support, as needed, in the evaluation and identification of new capabilities and develops recommendations based on client's high-level requirements
- Performing manual testing of the scenarios reported by customers as support tickets, reproduce them for internal technical/functional teams understanding and resolution purpose and test any future release builds
- Providing support in Quality Assurance process awareness and adherence and supporting in preparation/review process related documents like SOP's (Standard Operating procedures), Work Instructions (WIS) for the support process
- Involving in Internal and External Process Audits for the support process.
- Support in building/updating the Application/Product related Knowledge Base – KB articles, FAQ's, Wiki's creation and brining in efficiency with the process
- Support Metrics preparation and presentation
- Should own the process and deliver results with minimum or no supervision in a rapid application development model.
- Having strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail
