Your responsibilities will include:

Timely organization of salesrelated customer support with a focus on quality assurance.
Preparation of offers for customers according to their requirements and needs.
Management and coordination of orders throughout the entire process.
Monitoring of deadlines and coordination in case of deviations to ensure a smooth process.
Close collaboration and communication with other departments to optimize processes and meet customer needs.

Your profile:

At least 3 years of professional experience or equivalent nonspecialized training with practical experience in the field.
Comprehensive knowledge of export processes and regulations.
