- Pay: $60,000 - $70,000 annually, based on experience
- Monday - Friday position
- Develop and maintain compliance procedures related to CARB, TSCA and Lacey to support the Company.
- Research updated local, federal and global laws to generate and assess how they impact the risk assessment for suppliers, species and sources.
- Prepare relevant reports and presentations for the management team about risk and compliance.
- Lead employee/supplier training sessions on compliance issues.
- Assist EHS team on internal audits to ensure import and domestic processes are being followed to make sure we are following all procedures and guidelines.
- Develop a relationship with all global vendors and suppliers to introduce and promote the Company's policies and procedures related to CARB, TSCA, Lacey and due diligence.
- Maintain compliance checklist and audit logs.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- Detail oriented, highly organized
- Willing to travel both domestically and internationally approximately 10% of the time.
