Professional Care Medical Practice, P.C., is currently looking for a
Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or
Licensed Social Worker (LMSW or LCSW) to work as a Behavioral Health Professional in the medical department at the
Schoharie County Jail in Howes Cave, NY and Otsego County Jail in Cooperstown, NY.

This is a full-time, 40 hour per week position - Monday - Friday, during normal business hours (i.e. 7a-3:30p or 8a-4:30p). Split between both facilities.

Salary range: $55,000
$70,000 annually

Must be licensed as a LMHC, LMSW, or LCSW in the state of New York.
Must hold a Master's degree or greater in Social Work, Psychology, or related Human Service field with a concentration in clinical course work, training and/or experience.
Minimum of two years of experience and familiarity with substance abuse/MAT (i.e., Medicated Assisted Treatment) counseling preferred.
Must hold a valid driver's license & have reliable transportation.
