- Manage the design, development, improvement, and maintenance of systems, programs, and systems software to meet management's and company's information needs.
- Establish IS policies, standards, practices and security measures to ensure effective and consistent information processing operations and to safeguard information resources.
- Lead the various software development teams, including training, mentoring, and project and task assignments.
- Work with the IS Leadership to select and retain qualified staff to effectively carry out department functions and provide for the continuity of managerial and specialized skills.
- Coach and develop the team to elevate their performance in support of the company's growth strategies.
- Maintain knowledge of development in the area of systems and hardware and incorporates new knowledge into a cohesive development vision and strategy for the company.
- Work with peers, business partners, offshore development and vendors to build and maintain close relationships and partnerships.

- Bachelor's degree in IS or related field required
- Minimum ten years of IS experience with increasing management responsibility, preferably in a retail/hospitality environment
- Successful completion of initial and periodically required training
