Job Purpose

Customer Service and operations role.

This is a key hybrid role connecting many functions of the organization and supporting in all key areas of operations.

The role provides collaborating with sales, managing orders, supporting in back office tasks, support with accounting and quality control.

The role will help encourage and facilitate seamless communication across departments, reflecting our commitment to efficiency, quality, and exceptional service.

**Qualifications and Skills

• Educational and Professional Qualifications:
• Prior experience in customer service or a similar role would be advantageous.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create, manage, and analyze complex spreadsheets.
• Familiarity with order management systems or software.
• Previous experience with an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system is highly desirable.
• Interpersonal and Communication Skills:
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities to effectively liaise with multiple departments and provide clear updates.
• Strong interpersonal skills, vital for building and maintaining relationships with internal teams, freight companies, and customers.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities:
• Capacity to assess complex situations promptly, derive insights, and implement efficient solutions.
• Proficiency in using analytical tools or software related to order and freight management.
• Customer Service Orientation:
• A strong emphasis on customer satisfaction, with a knack for understanding and anticipating customer needs.
• Proven history of addressing customer queries and concerns with professionalism and care.
• Organizational Skills:
• Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, setting priorities to meet tight deadlines.

Pay:
$45, $60,000.00 per year
