Job Overview
Director of Sales (Real Estate)
**Target Total Compensation: $150,000–$200,000+**

CityScape Metro Group is building a high-performance real estate organization and we are seeking a Director of Sales to own recruiting, training, onboarding, and agent productivity.
This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in performance-based environments and believes in earning based on results.

The Mission
Build and scale a team of productive agents by:
- Recruiting high-potential real estate professionals
- Systematizing onboarding and training
- Driving KPI accountability
- Elevating culture and performance standards
We are not looking for someone who wants to maintain status quo.

What You Will Own
- Recruiting pipeline (sourcing, interviewing, vetting)
- Structured onboarding (30/60/90-day ramp)
- Weekly sales trainings
- Agent KPI tracking and accountability
- Culture development and retention
- Ensuring agents are productive — not just onboarded
You will be directly responsible for growing agent production and freeing up executive leadership from day-to-day sales management.

Compensation Structure
This is a commission-based leadership role.
Total compensation is performance-driven and designed for individuals who are confident in their ability to build and scale a sales organization.
**Target total compensation: $150,000–$200,000+**
Compensation includes:
- Override on agent production
- Recruiting bonuses
- Performance-based accelerators
There is no base salary for this role.
The better the team performs, the higher your earnings.
