We are currently looking for a Transaction Specialist (m/f/d) part-time, with the possibility of a hybrid work model (Radolfzell and remote work).

The goal of this position is to handle our transaction engagements in the credit sector with expertise.

These tasks await you:

Termination of credit engagements and/or individual business relationships.
Initiation of necessary enforcement measures.
Realization of pledged credit collateral, especially through forced auctions.
Attendance at our forced auction dates and other court appointments.
Processing of consumer and corporate insolvencies.
Contact person for customers, lawyers, and courts.
Recording and preparation of various statistics according to the cooperative principle.

These strengths are required:

Completed banking apprenticeship and/or further training as a bank specialist, alternatively a legal education (e.g. legal assistant).
Thorough professional knowledge and experience in enforcement, forced auction, and insolvency law. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Confident personality with a professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
Commitment
