Position:
Sales Representative (Domestic & International Focus)


Key Responsibilities:


  • Drive sales through businesstobusiness channels focusing on domestic and international markets, particularly in Latin/Central America.
  • Engage in comprehensive business development activities, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Maintain detailed records, demonstrating a detailoriented approach to organize and complete tasks efficiently.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to negotiate deals and build longlasting client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel to manage and track sales activities.
  • Participate in domestic and international trade shows, representing the company and expanding our client base.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and implement strategies for achieving higher sales targets.

Required Skills/Experience:


  • Proven experience in businesstobusiness sales, preferably within the wholesale/distributor/mass retail sectors. Beauty care industry experience is an asset.
  • Ability to organize and execute sales plans effectively and within deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the drive to pursue sales opportunities proactively.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and CRM systems.
  • Ability to travel without restrictions to trade shows and client meetings, both domestically and internationally.
  • Bilingual abilities in Spanish/English highly preferred. Please indicate if you are proficient in another foreign language, specifying the language and your fluency level.

Job Type:
Full-Time


Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm


Compensation:
$50,000 to $60,000 annual base salary plus commission, dependent on experience. Commission rates commensurate with each applicant's previous sales experience.
