Since 1992, Autohaus Albersdorf has been a service center for the Volkswagen brand. Over the years, the business has been expanded, renovated, and modernized. We have all the necessary equipment and expertise for repairing, diagnosing, and servicing modern vehicles, as well as offering our customers high-quality new and used cars, as well as service and accessories. We employ 8 full-time employees and 4 part-time employees.

We are currently seeking a new team member for our office as soon as possible.

Service and Parts Department Employee

In collaboration with other employees, you will plan, organize, and manage the service and parts department. Ideally, you can quickly adapt to new tasks and are proficient in using a computer. You possess good organizational and communication skills and are customer-oriented.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Planning and implementing logistical processes
  • Timely preparation of spare parts
  • Sales of vehicle and accessory parts
  • Personal, written, and telephone customer consultation
  • Appointment scheduling and preparation, vehicle intake and return
  • Invoicing

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Completed commercial or technical training (ideally in the automotive industry at VW, Audi, Seat, Skoda)
