Description
The Accounting / Balance Sheet department of Schwarz Dienstleistung is responsible for developing and optimizing processes and systems for accounting and financial reporting for the companies within the Schwarz Group. Additionally, the department is responsible for preparing the overall financial statements for the divisions and the annual financial statements for the German companies within the Schwarz Group. The department also ensures transparency in business relationships between the individual companies within the Schwarz Group.

Your Responsibilities


Join our team and advise our national and international departments within the Schwarz Group on innovative accounting solutions:

  • Participation in SAP projects (e.g. implementation of e-invoicing, automation of invoice processing)
  • Support in developing and implementing digitalized, innovative solutions for our accounting processes
  • Definition, optimization, and digitalization of standardized accounting processes from invoice receipt to invoice posting
  • Liaison for accounting-related processes with various internal departments (procurement, taxes, controlling, and IT) and external service providers

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed studies in business administration, economics, or business informatics
  • Previous experience in accounting, process or project management, or auditing is advantageous, but we also welcome recent graduates (m/f/d) who are willing to learn and familiarize themselves with the topics
