    Job Title: Commercial Sales Representative

    General Description:

    The Commercial Sales Representative focuses on building strong relationships with customers to drive sales and profits for both the business and the representative.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Create awareness and drive demand for company products and services.
    • Establish and maintain Outside Sales Routes.
    • Identify opportunities and effectively communicate solutions' benefits to customers.
    • Maintain close communication with internal teams to align efforts with objectives.
    • Identify potential customers through various channels such as business directories, customer referrals, and industry events.
    • Manage quote documentation and Pricing Structures for individual customers.
    • Stay informed about market trends, product innovations, and competitors' offerings.
    • Negotiate contract details and payments.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction through post-sales follow-up and issue resolution.
    • Handle the entire account servicing process from quoting to billing.
    • Perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.

    Requirements:

    • Customer-focused mindset.
    • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent sales experience.
    • Familiarity with relationship sales techniques.
    • Strong relationship-building skills.
    • Adaptability to changing work environments to meet business and customer needs.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Valid driver's license.
    • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, customer-focused setting.
    • Team player with a detail-oriented and physically capable approach to tasks.

    Physical Demands / Work Environment:

    • Frequent lifting of items over 50 pounds.
    • Occasional squatting, bending, and twisting.
    • Extended periods of standing.
    • Work in varying climate conditions.
    • Visual and auditory acuity along with the ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
