Are you a hands-on problem-solver with a knack for technical support? Teadit is seeking a Field Services Technician to join our team As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site support services to our clients.

This is a hands-on role that requires technical expertise and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.

• Basic information gathering on equipment issues, sizing requirements, and supply logistics.
• Providing emergency callout support for delivery, sizing, and order processing.
• Secondary support for managed, consigned, and turnaround inventories.
• Assisting with various engineering tasks such as technical drawings, testing, and quality support.
• Representing Teadit professionally to customers both onsite and offsite.
• Adhering to company policies and procedures for onsite conduct.
• Contributing to our continual improvement program to meet ISO 9001:2008 requirements.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients.

• Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance practices and procedures.
• Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments for calibration purposes.
• Field service experience, preferably in an industrial setting.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
