Skyline Windows is a fourth generation family owned and operated business. We are best known for designing, manufacturing, and installing custom windows, window wall systems, and terrace doors. All of our products are made to order based on our clients' project specifications. From landmarks to new construction, high end residential to high volume commercial, we do it all


Position Summary:

Primary duties include end user technical support, including hardware/software installation, troubleshooting, Phone support, printer support, and AV. This position is on-site and will support on-site and remote users.


Essential Functions:


  • Provide Technical Assistance for computer hardware, software, servers, Phones. Mobile devices and Printers/Copiers.
  • Setup and Install Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Phones, Mobile Devices and peripheral equipment.
  • Setup and Support Windows OS and Mobile Devices IOS and Android.
  • Perform user account management within Active Directory and Office 36
  • Travel to New Jersey office (Wood-Bridge) when required, flexibility to work nights and/or weekends as needed.
  • Be willing to work outside of the standard business hours as necessary
  • Clear, courteous and professional verbal and written skills
  • Ability to multitask while prioritizing service tickets accordingly
  • Ability to efficiently troubleshoot and seek out resolution to software and hardware issues

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:


  • Proficient with Microsoft Windows OS and Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in help desk environment
  • Willingness to learn new systems and skills
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to be Selfmotivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision. High degree of integrity and trust
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of all company and customer information
  • Microsoft Strong troubleshooting skills

Experience & Education:


  • Requires formal training in Information Technology from an accredited technical school or college. Certificate, Associates or Bachelor's degree.
  • Certifications preferred
