Funbox is looking for a General Manager to oversee all aspects of our business in Milwaukee. This position is for May 1st-Sept 10th but could potentially lead to a full time role.

As a Funbox Franchisee we are on track to do over 1mm in gross sales in 2024 between 2 locations in Texas and Milwaukee.

If the GM is a good fit, this role could transition to managing all locations with total compensation of $80,000-$100,000 per year.

The GM will be responsible for P&L management, cost control, operations, hiring, and vendor management.

• We are open on weekends and holidays so you will be able to take 23 days off during the week.

Responsibilities:

• Hiring and managing a team of 1015 staff
• Overseeing Park Maintenance and Cleanliness
• Vendor/Inventory Management (Ice deliveries, concessions deliveries, fuel delivery etc)

• Cost controls

• Monitoring expenses as a % of our gross revenue

Qualifications:

• High Energy
• We are outside all day when open. You must be in physical shape to be active all day long while keeping a smile on your face.

• Pro-Active

• You are always investigating what needs to get done. If you need an SOP for every detail, this job will not be for you.
• Experience with forklifts and general construction a plus but not a requirement.
• Ability to be physically present for all weekends and holidays throughout the summer.
• Great communication.
• Ability to stay calm (and pleasant) under stress.

Pay:
$ $50.00 per hour
