    Description
    Technical Architect Lead

    Info-Matrix Corporation is currently seeking a skilled Technical Architect Lead to join our team

    Duties and Responsibilities
    • Lead and guide a team of technical .NET developers in the design and implementation of complex software solutions using the .NET framework.
    • In depth understanding of .NET coding and the ability to review developer's code, as well as develop code as part of the team.
    • Define and drive the overall technical architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with the team's business goals and objectives.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
    • Provide technical leadership by staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to influence decision-making.
    • Conduct technical reviews and assessments, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
    • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and excellence.
    • Act as a key liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating communication and understanding.
    Requirements
    • Proven experience as a .Net Technical Architect with demonstrated coding and leadership responsibilities.
    • Must possess a customer relationship building/client-focused, results-oriented approach
    • Strong technical expertise in technical design, system integration, and software development.
    • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
    • Ability to make strategic decisions while considering business implications and priorities.
    • Experience in guiding teams through the entire software development lifecycle.
    • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management practices.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
