Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and development of onshore wind energy projects, from land acquisition to construction readiness.
• Secure land acquisition, permits, grid connections, and remuneration through EEG auctions or PPA contracts.
• Evaluate location factors, project design, technology selection, and economic drivers while navigating financing models.
• Build relationships with planning authorities, municipalities, legal advisors, and landowners.
• Collaborate with team members to develop practical solutions and track project progress.

Candidate Profile:

• Skilled in identifying and securing new project opportunities and suitable areas.
• Ability to manage colleagues, external consultants, and project partners.
• Proficient in creating maps, topographic sections, visualizations, and plans using tools like WindPRO.
• Experienced in communicating with municipalities, landowners, consultants, and partners.
• Knowledgeable in contract negotiations and
