ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
- Process biweekly payroll using Workyard and ADP
- Maintain strict employee and company confidentiality
- Verify invoices and process payments using Quickbooks
- Serve as account administrator and point of contact for online payment vendors
- Provide accountant necessary monthly financials
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems
- Audit and reconcile Field Team purchase receipts
- Create and update reports using Google Sheets
- Create labels, envelopes, and business letters
- Monitor and manage office supply inventory
- Run errands and make bank deposits
- At least (2) years of administrative experience
- Proficient using Microsoft Office or Google Documents
- Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities
- Creative thinker who takes initiative and looks to improve processes
- Works independently as well as part of a team
- Is comfortable with dogs in the office environment
- Has reliable transportation for running errands
Salary range:
$24-$28 per hour depending on experience

Additional Abilities Required:
This job operates in an office setting and is largely sedentary, requiring the routine use of a computer and other standard office equipment.
The ability to lift or move up to 5 pounds, bend, reach, and perform manual tasks may also be required.
