Full and Part-Time Sales Receptionists with Excellent Communication and Computer Skills.

The Sales Receptionist will Answer Phones, Greet Customers, Assist with Inventory Entry, and Process Deposits.

Responsibilities

  • Receive cash, checks and credit card deposit from customers; document, and provide receipts
  • Input inventory information to computer systems with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist the managers with various clerical duties as needed
  • Answer and distribute incoming sales calls per procedure
  • Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
  • Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Familiarity with DealerTrack a plus
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Professional personal appearance
  • Clean driving record
