The Opportunity

Direct Digital Holdings is seeking a
Director of Content & Digital Services to join the team at our Headquarters location in
Houston, Texas.


The
Director of Content & Digital Services will lend their expertise to a diverse creative and digital marketing team working to deliver top-notch services in the AdTech and Digital Marketing domains
.

This position is pivotal in driving our services forward and ensuring excellence in content creation, social media management, website development, and SEO/SEM strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee contracted creative contributors, including content writers, social media managers, website developers, SEO/SEM experts, videographers, and designers.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment to achieve departmental goals.
  • Develop and implement content strategies that align with organizational goals and industry trends.
  • Manage the planning and execution of organic social media campaigns that drive engagement and growth.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance to optimize strategies and meet organizational objectives.
  • Oversee the creation and redesign of operating company websites to improve user experience and performance.
  • Collaborate with web developers and designers to ensure websites are visually appealing and functional.
  • Identify and build relationships with suitable influencers and partners.
  • Develop and manage influencer marketing campaigns to enhance client brand visibility and credibility.
  • Implement and optimize SEO and SEM campaigns to boost clients' online visibility and performance. Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness, making datadriven recommendations for improvement.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for key stakeholders, ensuring their needs and objectives are met.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited fouryear college or university in Marketing, Business, or another related field is required.
  • A master's degree or MBA from an accredited fouryear college or university is preferred.
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of experience working in a professional capacity for a digital advertising or marketing agency, media company, or advertising technology organization is required. At least two (2) of those years should include management or mentorship of internal or external teams.
  • Strong knowledge of content strategy, social media management, website development, and SEO/SEM best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder and team interactions.
  • Datadriven mindset, with the ability to analyze and interpret performance metrics.
  • Creative and innovative thinking to stay ahead of industry trends.
