For the End-2-End Workplace division, in the End-2-End Individual Services department, we are looking for a IT System Management Specialist (m/f/d) for our Hannover or Münster location, starting as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:

  • Timely creation of service descriptions and cost calculations for individual customer solutions
  • Assignment of business transactions to the created service descriptions (new requests, increase/decrease of services)
  • Management of service providers for individual application operations
  • Planning, implementation, and support of customer-specific applications in the workplace environment of the Sparkassen Finanzgruppe
  • Service-oriented consulting for customers from application onboarding, through the ordering process
