Responsibilities:

Preparation of credit proposals and contracts in German and English, taking into account the legal and economic conditions of international corporate clients (large companies and upper middle market)
Management of existing credit engagements
Conducting creditworthiness analyses and creating ratings
Review and ongoing monitoring of collateral and financial covenants
Voting and initiation and execution of credit approval processes
Preparation and participation in analyst conferences

Qualifications:

Successfully completed degree in economics
Knowledge of traditional banking products in the corporate customer business
Experience in balance sheet and credit analysis, as well as in commercial lending at a universal bank
Excellent analytical skills and strong
