Discovery ABA in (location) is looking for a
full-time Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst - BCBA to help improve the lives of children in our area.

Along with a supportive working environment, we offer competitive pay ranging between
$75.00- $85.00 an hour.

  • Possess current BCBA certifications

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A HYBRID BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST - BCBA


As a passionate Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst - BCBA, you coordinate program services under the guidance of our regional clinic director.

Your day begins with assessments and treatment plan development, ensuring precise implementation of interventions to support our clients.

Building strong relationships with families, you guide future learning and independence while mentoring staff and RBTs to ensure top-notch clinical outcomes.

Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members ensures seamless continuity of care. Your analytical prowess shines as you collect and graph behavioral data, informing assessments and interventions. Upholding agency policies and procedures, you demonstrate our commitment to excellence and compassion in every interaction. Shape a brighter future with us, one behavior at a time.
