Kinder in Bewegung gGmbH (KiB) operates 22 kindergartens in Berlin. Our shareholder is the Landessportbund Berlin. We are united by our joy for movement, which we live as a daily necessity.

Movement is our pedagogical principle. We consciously create spaces and opportunities for children to have diverse physical and sensory experiences, to maintain their joy for learning, and to empower them to act autonomously. We provide them with a safe environment and lovingly support their development.

Our work together is characterized by a respectful interaction. We recognize the individuality of each person and strengthen them within the community. In our kindergartens, everyone has the right to actively participate and shape daily life.

To ensure high pedagogical quality in our kindergartens, we regularly offer our employees opportunities for professional development. We use internal and external training, working groups, and team meetings as forums for this purpose.
